I'm Rob, and I'm excited to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dynamic project manager, speaker, and trainer with a personal and professional mission to support and uplift queer, trans, and other historically excluded folks. I help teams break the ice and lean into the tough conversations on diversity, equity, and inclusion by leading with vulnerability and a strong foundation in shared language and understanding.
Let's connect if I can help you and your team tackle the tough questions and build a more inclusive and equitable culture! I believe that we can all benefit from a thoughtful, intentional approach to workplace culture and I am excited to work with others who feel the same. Wherever you may be starting from and wherever you'd like to go, I'd be honored to help you take the first step.
I also LOVE a good drag brunch, autumn in Maine, video games with friends, and my rescue dog, Goose. Let's connect about your favorite Power Ranger, the latest episode of Drag Race, or anything else that you get excited about!

Maine is home to me.
My best friend has four legs and a tail.
I am an aspiring writer.
I grew up in small-town Charleston, Maine and make my home in the bustling metropolis of Bangor now. I can't ride a moose but Stephen King is my almost-neighbor.
In November 2021, I adopted the sweetest little mixed breed and decided to call him Goose. In the short time we've been together, he has seen me through layoffs, moves, and more relationships than I'd care to admit. If we're ever on a call together, he will almost certainly make his presence known.
As a teenager, I used to fill notebooks with my random angsty poetry, song lyrics, and short stories. I've recently unearthed some of these ramblings and have fallen back in love with writing. My current projects include an eco-horror novel and a collection of short stories.

I try to grow things.
I am an avid gamer.
I am a drag queen.
Every spring, I spend too much money with dreams of spending the season munching on a bounty of veggies I've grown myself and every year, I learn just how hard that is to do. This year, I managed a handful of strawberries and enough chives for about 3 baked potatoes, but next year will be my year, I just know it.
I grew up dodging punches from my kid brother over Street Fighter II on Super Nintendo. Now, you'll find me struggling at Fortnite, Overwatch, Dead by Daylight, and indie horror games. Ask me about my Twitch channel!
What started as a fun dabble with drag to support the students I served quickly snowballed into a full-on side hustle and now you can find Carrie the One anywhere good drag queens are sold. Yes I do weddings and my bucket list includes a funeral and the grand opening of a Chipotle.
